Meant to post this at the end of the Troughton years as I saved started reading it until after watching The War Games...
Patrick Troughton's son Michael has published a biography of his father, apparently a very honest warts and all account of life in the Troughton household. I'm about 50 pages in and it's splendid so far.
Also worth noting that Michael himself (a.k.a. Piers Fletcher-Dervish MP, hapless sidekick if Rik Mayall's Alan B'Stard MP) is a thoroughly splendid chap and hugely embraces the Doctor Who family.
Available at all good book shops and a number of disreputable ones as well.
